show moreReceived Thu, Aug 21, 2025 13:48:55 PDT. Unsolicited gambling promo (“400% Bonus up to €2000 + 145 Free Spins”) with redirect/tracking links and obfuscated text; no prior consent. These headers are being reported to the hosting providers; ongoing identical spam shows the host ignores complaints and delivery continues.
Auth: SPF pass ([email protected] via 163.172.81.246); DKIM permerror (no key) for xb5hfz.21n306.21xwai.us; DMARC not shown and domains misaligned, so DMARC likely fails. Header anomalies indicate RFC 5322/7208/6376/7489 issues. Likely violates CAN-SPAM (15 U.S.C. §7701 et seq.) for deceptive headers & unsolicited ads.

show moreReceived Mon, Aug 18, 2025 12:09:56 PDT. Message impersonates “CashApp,” claims a $22,000 credit, uses deceptive Unicode/subject and redirects to storage.googleapis.com landing pages plus gibberish filler to evade filters. Delivered to Gmail from 209.126.104.41 (condor2865.startdedicated.com / outtrail.us.com). Auth results: SPF PASS for envelope-from access-weebly.mail-check.info.replacesla.info; DKIM: none; DMARC: alignment FAIL (From domain ah7ltp.us not aligned with SPF domain). Likely violations: CAN-SPAM (15 U.S.C. §7701 et seq.—misleading subject/headers, unsolicited, no valid sender address) and attempted wire fraud/phishing (18 U.S.C. §1343). RFC issues: 5322 header integrity/misleading fields; DMARC per RFC 7489 not aligned; SPF per RFC 7208 used on unrelated domain. All headers reported to the mail server’s host; spam persists and the host appears unresponsive to complaints. Host/abuse: velia.net (GoDaddy), phone +49 221 429 143, email [email protected].

show moreReceived Aug 13, 2025 11:38 AM EDT. Bulk deceptive mail promising "$7,546.94 is ready" and pressuring confirmation before 11:59 PM, linking to external storage; body uses generic payout/"account console" lures typical of phishing. show moreSpam email received on July 30, 2025 at 10:22 AM PDT impersonates a casino payout notice offering a fake $4,000.50 bonus with multiple redirect links hosted on Google Cloud Storage to deceive recipients. The message also embedded deceptive content like fake Enterprise Plus membership numbers and other marketing impersonations to bolster legitimacy. The HTML was professionally styled to resemble a trusted brand. The “From” field falsely used the recipient's name. The sending IP 163.172.81.246 passed SPF but DKIM and DMARC results were not found or missing, indicating possible spoofing or unsigned content. This is part of a recurring pattern of unsolicited commercial emails with fraudulent claims. The hosting provider has ignored prior spam complaints as abuse from this IP continues unabated. This transmission likely violates CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §7701) and RFC 5322 header formatting rules. This email just came 18 minutes after I reported another junk email from the same IP.

show morePhishing and spam email received on July 30, 2025 at 12:33 PM EDT falsely used the recipient’s name in the "From" field to mislead the recipient. The subject line "Check your Account-ID : 07089848" lured the user to click misleading links claiming a $4,500 casino payout. The message impersonated Google branding and used deceptive tactics like "Final Message" urgency, fake verification links, and fake payout confirmations. The embedded links lead to a storage.googleapis.com redirector, likely used to mask a malicious destination. Mail originated from 163.172.81.246, hosted by Scaleway (Online S.A.S.), phone: +33 1 84 13 00 00. SPF passed, but DKIM and DMARC results are not shown—raising authentication concerns. Content violates CAN-SPAM Act, FTC deceptive marketing rules, and RFC 5322 (spoofed From field). Host has ignored repeated complaints; spam persists.
