The HTML body contained deceptive formatting to evade spam filters. The From field used the recipient's name as a false display name, misleading the recipient. The DKIM signature failed (permerror) indicating a tampered or unsigned domain, while SPF passed. DMARC results were not explicitly seen, suggesting improper policy or handling.
