show moreWhy do I keep getting endless spam from sendthru? I've sent you several emails so far and not heard a single reply back. Why? I supply all of the headers of these spams and it all seems like it's going to a black hole. [email protected] bounces back as undeliverable when reporting it.
Received Aug 16, 2025 15:42:35 -0700 (PDT). Unsolicited auto-warranty ad (“CarShield”) with obfuscated tracking/landing links (Google Cloud Storage/tinyurl) and a mass-mail footer. Headers show send path abusing unrelated domains and list recipients not matching the “To:” line.
Sending IP seen by Gmail: 209.141.34.229 (EHLO “baniacms.com”, rDNS libetwitt.liberation.fr). Additional MTA in chain: 173.228.155.53 (njmta-53.sailthru.com). Auth: SPF pass for mailfrom=www.n4344.com; no DKIM; DMARC fails/unaligned with header From. Materially deceptive headers and domain misalignment violate CAN-SPAM (15 U.S.C. §7704) and RFC 5321/5322; DMARC per RFC 7489.

show moreReceived Monday, July 28, 2025 at 8:51 PM PDT. This email is a deceptive phishing attempt falsely claiming that the recipient's cloud storage is full and that their files are at risk. The subject line and content were crafted to induce panic, urging the user to urgently click a link to “save their data.” The linked page is likely intended to harvest credentials or install malware.
The message uses a forged From field, impersonating the recipient’s own name. SPF and DKIM passed, but DMARC was not listed. Despite authentication, this is a clear abuse of legitimate-looking headers to bypass filters and deceive recipients. It violates CAN-SPAM, the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and RFC 5322 for misleading header information.

show moreThis spam email, disguised with an alarming subject line about "photos and videos at risk," attempts to provoke urgent action to click a suspicious link for "upgrading storage." The email is encoded in HTML and includes a button redirecting to a likely phishing site. The body uses scare tactics, impersonates trusted services, and attempts to extract user interaction under false pretenses. The "From" field falsely uses the recipient’s name, misleading the user. SPF and DKIM both pass, but this does not legitimize the content. This violates CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §7701), and possibly RCF 5322 formatting with deceptive identity tactics. Despite prior abuse complaints, this host continues allowing this abuse. The sending IP (209.141.34.229) is owned by Psychz Networks, reachable at +1-800-933-1517.

show moreReceived: Sun, 27 Jul 2025 18:21:42 PDT (UTC‑7) is noted as the time the abusive message arrived. The source IP 209.141.34.229 is associated with a hosting provider and continues sending unsolicited bulk emails despite complaints.
The email falsely used your name in the From field to impersonate familiarity. The message claims “Your cloud storage is FULL” and urges immediate upgrade to a purported 50 GB of additional storage to “secure files, photos, videos and documents,” threatening loss if not done. It includes pressuring language and malicious redirect links. SPF and DKIM passed for the trap domain, but DMARC alignment was not enforced—indicating no protective policy. The mismatched sender name impersonation constitutes spoofing. Legal violations include CAN‑SPAM Act provisions (false header info, misleading content, no valid opt‑out honoring), and RFC 5322 and 5321 standards. Laws being broken include anti‑fraud and false impersonation.

show moreEmail received on Fri, 18 Jul 2025 at 17:53 PDT. The message is a deceptive advertisement posing as a free "Temu Mystery Pallet Giveaway" containing heavy obfuscation and encoded content. The subject line and HTML body were crafted to appear legitimate while containing various misleading elements, including multiple redirect URLs. The "From" field falsely used the recipient's own name, indicating an intentional spoof to bypass user suspicion. The email was relayed via multiple third-party mail servers including 209.141.34.229, 162.247.118.132, and 142.0.85.186, suggesting a coordinated spam operation. Message was bulk/precedence flagged. SPF passed, but DKIM and DMARC validation were absent or not shown, making authenticity unverifiable. Message promotes fraudulent content under false pretense. Header manipulation observed with forged unsubscribe links and suspicious return paths.
