They keep spinning up new domains all hosted at IP 62.210.119.220. When the IP and domain get flagged as phishing or malicious they insert a redirect to the IRS website and report false positives to get its reputation cleaned then they host another impersonating site. The page will only display if accessed from a mobile browser. The same IP has hosted fraudulent pages for EZ Pass, Chase bank and Netflix as well

The send a link to the "link. kemkes. go. id" domain hosted on this IP which then redirects to the scam site. The site admins have been notified multiple times and have not addressed the issue which implies they are part of the scam or they have been compromised.
